The Chapter Between Survival and Expansion
What if the void isn't empty but is preparing you for what's next?
When you are in the season of seeing “nothing is happening” as a threat or “uncertainty,” or perhaps you might call it a “void,” there is a reassurance that I would like to share with you as a reminder that all things shall pass, and this chapter will become a life testimony in a way of how you choose to continuously recalibrate to another aligned opportunity and miracle.
The truth is, you want to let your nervous system consistently integrate by holding the space within by choosing to stay in the present moment no matter what is happening through you right now. The uncertainty that you are experiencing right now is simply an overstimulated mind that you’ve been putting your body into. In a way that you choose to consistently give your body a taste of what aliveness is. In the meantime, when you want to experience more life, your system needs to perceive a void as something normal and safe so that your body can repeatedly live in alignment with who you really are. The void is where your truest self is, in that building repetition of how you choose authorship over your old script that once kept you entertained. The more you can hold this without second-guessing yourself or self-sabotaging into some role that gives you some quick comfort, the more your nervous system will recalibrate to a bigger coherence role that you once imagined. And to get there, the sense of boredom and stillness should’ve been recalled inside your system as something normal for you to experience. The system needed to be detoxed from all that old script that once made you do something that you knew was not aligned with who you are anymore until your body starts to remember the real version of yourself in the way you choose to create that new repetition of living inside the life that you have.
The first thing I like to do is take myself for a long walk without any music where I can let my body feel, choose, and behave in a way that feels right. It’s the gesture of today being a new beginning; therefore, life will always move forward through the walk that I did repetitively, which I chose to put myself and my body inside. During the walk, I chose to feel, move, and behave in a way that got that health stimulation through the movement itself. I always came back like a winner. It’s the motion of being present every second of your time that you consistently choose until it becomes who you really are.
Secondly, it was the hot and cold shower before I started my day and finished the day. For me, when I was about to start my day, I would put my body into a cold temperature as a gesture of “We are ready for the day, and today will be a good day.” I let my body get to feel the sensation repeatedly until it remembers the rhythm of “The war has been over, and I am safe right now.” The repetition itself will create a new beginning inside my system through aligned thoughts and feelings, certain through the attention that I choose to put on this hot and cold shower, and I immediately let my attention go to the sensation of the feeling inside. This sensation that you can choose to live in consistently will create that sense of safety that you no longer get driven through an illusion of what your mind tries to teach you; it is simply because you already know who you really are. And this repetition will detox the mind that’s been trying to keep you alive by letting you choose to pay attention to different feelings until the body can understand the real memo here. The goal here is to replace that internal character of what you consistently choose to let your mind think and feel with another integrated level of what you truly want. Therefore, if you know that your mind is always in this overstimulated situation because of how much modern life has molded you, I create this weekly reminder restoration letter directly sent through your email.
Lastly, it would start to be intentional with what I do. I mainly focused on replacing the quick dopamine hit from texting through reading or writing. I chose to express this energy in a creative way repetitively until texting became something that I intentionally did, rather than a subconscious reflex of reassurance that my mind needed every second of my day. For me, when I was in that void journey, the thoughts of every second reaching out to get any quick assurance or perhaps approval of “You are good” would come through that conversation that you knew no longer served you but still gave you that sense of comfort that makes some specific role that still stays inside your body. The key here is to align who you really are through the intention of every movement itself until it crystallizes in your material world in the way you want to precisely experience something that you want. When I choose repeatedly to create over consume consistently, the mind will grow into something else that we might call a collaboration between what you want and who you are. Your mind becomes the biggest asset of your life when it comes to creating the goals and purpose that you want through internal motivation that is no longer forced but flowing naturally through your body. The internal stimulation that we want to have consistently through repetition stays inside the character until it becomes who you really are.
Therefore, that’s where the embodiment came into your life. The gesture of remembering who you are through making your body move and acting in a way of “This is Who I Am Now.” This is the article that I wrote to make you inhabit the inevitable character that you want to have in your life.

When you already know the character so much inside of your life, expansion will no longer become a threat but rather something obvious for you to experience. The mind will no longer question who you are; rather, it will continuously cooperate with your intention, which will always be moving forward to another purpose and goals that you want to experience. Life will always align you with another situation, experience, and moment itself that you no longer brace for but get something out of through the role that you choose to live inside your body. The antidote here is the repetition of giving the storyline pulse in a way of how you live inside of every chapter, circumstance, and moment that you experience right now. Therefore, the container inside your system will eventually graduate into another level of what the universe can surprise you with.

Choosing yourself so much until everything looks inevitable for you is not a selfish gesture; it is the rhythm of how much love and affection you put inside your body until everything that makes you feel some type of way becomes normal and neutral so you can fully live to the fullest potential that is aligned with your purpose inside this world that you live in. Your life should be your choice and decision only when it comes to what you want to have and achieve. Remove that guilt and fear from your system by choosing yourself to show up as the best version of yourself.
